The Story of Ants That Save Them
In the past, there was a king who was just and wise. Raja is also known as animal lover. One day, while walking, the king met an ant.
“O ant, what are you doing?” asked the king.
“I’ve been gathering food, Sire. But until now I haven’t got it,” the ant answered.
“How much food do you need in a year?” asked the king again.
“Just a piece of bread, Sire,” answered the ant.
“All right, I’ll give you a piece of bread. Come with me to the palace,” said the king.
Ants also follow the king to the palace.
Arriving at the palace, the king put a piece of bread in the jar.
Next, he also put ants in the tube.
“I will close this tube for a year. This tube has a hole in the air. So you can still breathe. In another year I will come and open the lid,” said the king.
“Yes, sire. I will stay in this cylinder for a year,” the ant said.
Time flies. Now, it’s been a year the ants live in a tube. The king also kept his promise. He came to meet the ants and opened the lid.
“O ants, how are you?” asked the king.
“I’m fine, sire.”
The king looked into the tube. Apparently, the bread he gave was only half left. “Why do you still have leftover bread?” asked the king

“I deliberately saved money. I was afraid that you forgot to open this tube. If you forget, I still have a supply of bread for another year. Fortunately, you have not forgotten.” the ant said explained.
The king smiled as he said, “You are a great ant. You are good at frugality to prepare for a difficult situation. I will preach this to my people. They should be able to imitate you to not live wasteful.”
The moral message that can be drawn from the tales of the Egyptian children: An economical ant is frugality. We must save now so that our lives are not difficult in the future. Save the base of the rich, wasteful base of the poor.
